i am now entering the art of cooking. hahaha! oh my gosh! i cannot believe with just a bit of TLC i made the exact stuff that'll fill the mouth watering goodness of food (okay, i'm exaggerating, but it's not that bad). i was wondering what to make for lunch since dad had to be 24 hours work priority and mom had to think of something to cook but luckily Jaycee was there and had to be a hero---tentenenen! okay, the fact that i know little amount of cooking and i'm really not that great of a cook but i can serve you right on your plates, hell yeah! okay, whatever. lemme show you what i made:
viola! my original ginisang ginamos. hahaha! i know, it really LOOKS bad but one you tasted this, you'll be asking for more----teehee! i'm kidding, but mom told me that it was delicious and we both liked it. eh? eh? i just chopped some onions and garlic and some tomatoes. i was scared when i heated the pan because my sister (Shannen) told me that it would make "pisik-pisik". but thanks to the power of the "luag" i made this "Sauted Salty Fishy" (it's my term, okay?)
lunch is serve with pancit canton on the side. Bon Appetite :)
The carbonara home made recipe. hahaha! okay, this is quiet simple really, my mom never trusted me to cook this dish but i did experimented it. aside from using bacon, i used cornbeef as the meat, chopped some onions and garlic. added cream and mixed milk and poof! Carbonara Cornbeef recipe. hahaha! topped with cheese, add carrots and potatoes to it. yumyum!
i left some for dad, coz he hasn't come home yet, i bet he'll make a food critic out of all this. darn! for more of my cooking experitise. hahaha! see you food lovers. muah!
