Last Sunday of the Year 2012

okay, to start with.. today is the baptism of Reece Theodore Rebollido-Cablinda, my baby cousin---he is 10 months-old. we went to this place called the Buffalo Grill, which has the most mouth-watering dishes the chicken curry (idk if it's their specialty but it tasted so good). yeah. okay, just look at these photos:

Home-Made Experiments

 i am now entering the art of cooking. hahaha! oh my gosh! i cannot believe with just a bit of TLC i made the exact stuff that'll fill the mouth watering goodness of food (okay, i'm exaggerating, but it's not that bad). i was wondering what to make for lunch since dad had to be 24 hours work priority and mom had to think of something to cook but luckily Jaycee was there and had to be a hero---tentenenen! okay, the fact that i know little amount of cooking and i'm really not that great of a cook but i can serve you right on your plates, hell yeah! okay, whatever. lemme show you what i made:

  viola! my original ginisang ginamos. hahaha! i know, it really LOOKS bad but one you tasted this, you'll be asking for more----teehee! i'm kidding, but mom told me that it was delicious and we both liked it. eh? eh? i just chopped some onions and garlic and some tomatoes. i was scared when i heated the pan because my sister (Shannen) told me that it would make "pisik-pisik". but thanks to the power of the "luag" i made this "Sauted Salty Fishy" (it's my term, okay?)

 lunch is serve with pancit canton on the side. Bon Appetite :)

The carbonara home made recipe. hahaha! okay, this is quiet simple really, my mom never trusted me to cook this dish but i did experimented it. aside from using bacon, i used cornbeef as the meat, chopped some onions and garlic. added cream and mixed milk and poof! Carbonara Cornbeef recipe. hahaha! topped with cheese, add carrots and potatoes to it. yumyum!

i left some for dad, coz he hasn't come home yet, i bet he'll make a food critic out of all this. darn! for more of my cooking experitise. hahaha! see you food lovers. muah!

Tips on How to have a Happy and Rewarding Life

i've been reading this book and it gives a lot of things in mind, well, since we all need something to live for and we wanted to have a happy and wonderful life. i'd like to share to you out there this helpful tips on how to have a perfect life (you know what i mean). Some of them, i have tried and some are still in process. i would like to express it in bullet form because i don't like cohesion, blah,blah, blah.

• Have a dog.
• Remember other people's birthday.
• Have a firm handshake.
• Say "thank you" a lot.
• Say "please" a lot.
• Learn to play musical instrument.
• Sing in the shower. always.
• Plant flowers every spring.
• Own a great stereo system.
• Be the first to say "hello"
• Buy great books even if you never read them.
• Drive expensive cars, but own the best house you can afford.
• Be forgiving of yourself and others.
• Learn three clean jokes.
• If in a fight, hit first and hit hard.
• Return all things you borrow.
• Teach some kind of class. i have and this is my thing.
• Be a student in some kind of class.
• Treat everyone you meet like you want to be treated.
• Donate two pints of blood every year.
• Plant a tree on your birthday.
• Learn to identify the music of Chopin, Mozart, and Beethoven.
• Make new friends but cherish the old ones.
• Keep secrets.
• Take lots of snapshots.
• Don't postpone joy.
• Never give up on anybody. Miracles happen everyday.
• Avoid overexposure to the sun.
• Surprise loved ones with little unexpected gifts.

Grinch Christmas 2012

fresh from the oven guys! so i wanna greet everyone a Merry Christmas since today is the season of giving and sharing, laughter, fun, and caroling, oh and add food to that too. it has been a successful event ever! we all had to be together as one family in celebrating yet another fun-filled christmas. so today's christmas theme is all about "Colorful", that is why we had different color coding of tops. well, it was fun actually. the very first thing we did was caroling in our neighborhood in bugo. we did every christmas songs and bang beybeh, we had cash. hahaha! it was a nice experience since it was a first for me, i never thought caroling would be so much cooler and fun since we all went from different houses and saw different reactions of people yet we all had a great time. my siblings and my cousins are enjoying the bonding between us. after the whole yuletide caroling, we went home by 11:45 because we all are excited for the face painting thingy. it was still us who face painted ourselves and we didn't even know that it was a competition because we enjoyed decorating and painting our faces with colors that matches a christmas tree. so here's what you are all been waiting for:
