Flat stomach.

flat stomach? 

okay, it's sooo vain. hahaha! so, this blogspot is all about having flat stomach (is it flat? i don't think so. it's ooookay, right?) *sigh*  moving on, i have been really careful of myself, but sometimes i tend to forget the things that i need to avoid. *sigh* i know, i know.. i can't control the food. so here are some of my helpful tips in having flat stomach which by the way i am trying my best to do it, so here we go:

1. burn the fat. yes, and how to burn fat? exercise. that's it, exercise. like sit-ups or even simple things at home---helping out with mom or doing loads of chores at home is very helpful to having a flat stomach.

2. cardio. includes hiking, walking, running, and jumping (not jump all the time). it helps you stretch out muscles from various parts of the body. 

3. drink lots of water. water helps you in your regular exercises. water will help you lose weight. replacing all your favorite drinks, water is much healthier. oh, and helps flushes toxins out from the body.

4. Music. it will also do wonders to keep a workout moving along! Make sure it's upbeat and motivating. try doing your exercise while listening to "i'm sexy and i know it" by LMFAO. it really helps (really, really)

5.  eat healthy. you all know healthy foods right? veggies and fruits. and also, not too much of sodium or fatty foods it can only add stretch marks. diet will do :) eating 2 times a day. hmm. sometimes i forget to eat breakfast or lunch. maybe this is the result for having the flat stomach.

6. get enough sleep. you know you got enough sleep when you wake up by yourself from bed without any alarm clock. Sleep deprivation slows your metabolism.
